Pivot Reports
Included with ProCross-tab reporting on top of your saved searches
A pivot report starts from a saved search you already trust, so the numbers reconcile to the detail behind them. Choose what forms the rows, what forms the columns, and what gets aggregated.
Runs on top of Saved Search - build the report once, then use it here.
Built on a saved search, not a separate query
Pivots never query your data independently. They run on the result of a saved search, which means the filters you already validated still apply and the summary always ties back to a row-level report you can export.
Group by period without a helper column
Any date field can be bucketed by day, week, month, quarter, or year directly in the pivot. No spreadsheet formula and no extra column in the source report.
Aggregation runs server-side
Grouping happens on our infrastructure, not in your browser, so a pivot over a large source set does not depend on your laptop. Multi-currency amounts are converted to your company's home currency before aggregation, so a total never silently mixes currencies.
Exports keep their shape
Excel exports preserve the grouped layout and the grand total row rather than flattening to a list. CSV is available when you want it flat.
What you get
- Row groups, an optional column group for true cross-tabs, and multiple value fields
- SUM, COUNT, AVG, MIN, and MAX
- Date bucketing by day, week, month, quarter, or year
- Grand total row, converted to your home currency
- Export to Excel with the grouped structure preserved, or to CSV
- Save a pivot configuration and re-run it
