Included with ProYour QuickBooks reports, live in the spreadsheet
Enable sync on a saved search and it gets its own private URL that serves the current result as CSV. Paste that URL into the tool you already use and it pulls the data itself - no manual export, no re-upload.

The spreadsheet fetches from us
There is no installed add-on and nothing to authorise on the spreadsheet side. Your tool requests the URL on its own refresh schedule and gets the current result of that saved search, filters and all. Update the saved search and every connected sheet reflects it on its next refresh.
Works with the tools you already have
In Google Sheets it is a single IMPORTDATA formula in one cell. In Excel it is Data, Get Data, From Web. Power BI reads it the same way through Get Data, Web, and refreshes it in the service without a gateway. Looker Studio has no connector for a CSV URL, so the route there is to land the data in a Google Sheet first and point Looker Studio at that sheet.
Each link is separate and revocable
The URL is tied to one saved search and is read-only - it cannot reach anything else in your account and cannot change anything in QuickBooks. Replace it and the previous link stops working immediately; stop the sync and it stops serving. Rate limiting sits in front of it.
